:: UPTU odd semester 2014-15 answer sheet copies found at scrap dealer's shop ::
UPTU Odd semester 2014-15 result is still not declared but according to Times of India, bundles of answer copies of odd semester B.Tech students were found with a scrap dealer in Chinhat on Sunday.
Uttar Pradesh Technical University odd semester examination 2014-15 was started from 22 Dec 2014 and ended in Jan 2015 last week. The copies found the scrap shop are unevaluated. Most answer copies are of students belonging to electronics and communication, and computer science department. According to the scrap dealer, he bought these copies but couldn't recall from whom.
The answer copies clearly mention the roll numbers and subject. Besides, most of the copies bear January 15 as the date of the examination. According to UPTU rule semester answer sheet copies can not damage till 1 year.
When contacted, UPTU vice-chancellor Prof RK Khandal said, "It is a serious matter. The culprit will not be spared. I have asked controller of examination to provide facts of the case. A high-level committee under the chairmanship of Prof GN Pandey, former director, IET, Lucknow, has been set up to investigate.''
